- 50ml Cockspur Fine Rum
- 20ml Cockspur Splash Coconut and Pineapple
- 25ml Pineapple juice
- 3 dashes of Angostrua bitters
- 15ml Coco Lopez
- Sprinkle of descicated coconut
- 2 chucks of fresh pineapple
- Pinch of sea salt
Method: Blended with Crushed Ice.
Fill blender with 60g of crushed ice, add all ingredients and carefully blend 20-30 seconds.
Glass: Poco Grande
Garnish: Pineapple and Cherry
